Eligibility for Return & Refund:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- All original tags must be intact.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in fresh condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or having body odor will not be accepted for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products without original tags.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at lunatiquefashions@gmail.com or message us on Whatsapp with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
